Shipping Policy:

Payment must be received prior to release of an order, unless otherwise agreed by us. Return Policy:

To return an item, please call our office. We accept returns for sealed, unopened, and unmarked boxes of contact lenses with a valid purchase receipt. Shipping fees are not refundable. The customer will pay for freight on all non-defective item(s).
